Fully Managed Property Service
We would charge commission for the property set up fee, this include providing property preparation assistance, finding a tenant, conducting tenant interviews, and creating necessary agreements and inventory reports. For the remainder of the agreement, we charge a monthly commission for providing maintenance services and collect rent payments, along with managing tenant inquiries and end of tenancy check out support.
This service is ideal for Landlords who can find themselves at times too busy to constantly manage their property. The Managed service is closely similar to our Guaranteed rent service, SPS will manage the property completely the major difference being, SPS does not guaranteed the rent.
Rent Collection Service
SPS will help in arears such as finding suitable tenants, undergoing interviews, preparing the inventory. We will charge a commission for this at a lower rate and set up the tenant rent collection for the duration of the tenancy on behalf of the Landlord.
The Rent Collection Service Allows Landlords to Continue to Manage their property during a tenancy period. They will handle tenant queries and property management but would like SPS to handle the financial and admin processes.
Tenant Finder Service
This service suits landlords who want to fully manage their property themselves but would like support only in finding suitable tenants.
SPS will charge on commission bases based on the type of property. We take responsibility for advertising the property, conducting viewings, and interviewing potential tenants, creating the required licence agreements and preparing the inventory.
